
If you are not satisfied with your George or its accessories (the “Product”) and wish to obtain a refund, and if you reside in the United States of America, please contact Chestnut Hill Sound Inc. (“CHILLSOUND”) at CHILLSOUND Customer Service, PO Box 68, Newton Upper Falls, MA 02464, USA, or by phone at 1-617-618-1800 to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request form within 30 calendar days of your receipt of the Product. Unless you are instructed otherwise when you obtain your RMA request form, the Product must be returned in its original condition freight prepaid to Chestnut Hill Sound Inc. at the address above within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. Outside the United States, please contact your local authorized CHILLSOUND dealer or, if you purchased the Product directly from CHILLSOUND or one of its affiliates (such as Chillsound Internet Sales Inc.), follow return instructions for United States residents unless different instructions are provided to you when you contact CHILLSOUND to obtain your RMA.
The returned Product must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the Product, and must be accompanied by your original receipt or other proof of purchase. Credit will be given based on your original method of payment as shown on the proof of purchase.
